Flat NdFeB Pot Magnets

Flat NdFeB Pot Magnets are ndfeb magnets in a steel pot. The strength of magnetism is blocked at the pot side and concentrated at the magnet's side - so flat pots all have tremendous holding force. Ferrite Ceramic Pot Magnets

Ferrite pot magnets, also called Ceramic Pot Magnets, have a mild steel casing over a Ferrite ring magnet with a round central hole for fixing a bolt, rivet or screw, through for attaching to non-magnetic surfaces.

With no moving parts the Ferrite pot requires no maintenance beyond ensuring the magnet is clean and has a long life. Channel Magnet Assemblies

Channel Magnet Assemblies are rectangular in shape and consist of a steel shell with a ndfeb magnet or ferrite magnet sunken into one face.

Magnetism is confined to one face only, where it is concentrated to give the maximum holding force possible for the size of the magnet. The steel shell significantly increases the clamping force of the assembly making them excellent value for money. Channel magnets are supplied with a plain hole for convenient mounting located in the middle of the magnet or at either end depending on the size.

Rubber Coated Magnets

Rubber Coated Magnets are designed with neodymium magnets for demanding tasks. The rubber-coated adhesive surface protects the metal from scratches and grounds for detention increases the pushing force. The neodymium magnets are arranged alternately pole and thus increase the adhesive force. As material for the rubber sheath Santoprene was used. They can be mounted with different exposures (threaded stud, threaded socket, female threaded, hole or depression).
